Who We Are

Victoria Stephan has 35 years experience in the administration of non-profit organizations, 20 years of teaching experience and 20 years counseling experience. She holds a bachelor degree in psychology, a master in School Counseling and specialized training in special education and juvenile law.

Ms. Stephan has directed services for children birth through eighteen years of age
 and their families. She has counseling experience with children 3 -18 years.

She has specialized training in the areas of bereavement counseling, gang intervention, substance abuse, play therapy and special education. Ms Stephan served as the Interim Executive Director of OC 211 overseeing the agency during the call center expansion, a seven country fire emergency and the implementation of a partnership with First 5 to provide assessment and referrals for children 0-5 years.

Ms Stephan is currently the Director of The Stephan Center. The Stephan Center is a not for profit agency incorporated in 1973 and located in Corona, California. Since 2008, The Stephan Center has been providing educational programs, resources and referrals in the area of Life Losses and transitions for professionals in the fields of Social Service, Education, Health, 
 Counseling and Church Ministry and the general public.
